Blackjack Live, a blackjack gaming app developed by Tango, hit the highest spot in the App Store’s casino category in the shortest possible time. The game was launched along with five other games, including Road Riot for Tango, just a few days back.

Recently, Tango threw open its entertainment and gaming content platform to developers. The company has more than 130 million users who are satisfied with its gaming products, a fact that enables the company to become a tough competitor to popular apps such as LINE and WeChat, which also have gaming platforms of their own.

Blackjack Live’s rapid gain in player popularity was first announced on Facebook, the giant social networking site. The app’s popularity also proves the fact that messaging and calling apps with social gaming have the potential to become very popular among users.

Players who have not yet heard of Blackjack Live, but would like to try it out can head over to the App store and download the same. The app is compatible with iPad and iPhone devices.

Players are also advised to get the latest edition of the VoIP and messaging application launched by Tango just to ensure that everything works out well.

Read a little deeper

Separate the interface from the game

An app launch tells a story about the devices, controls and platforms of its time. Read for the distinction between practice, social play and real-money play, then look for the rules of the actual game. Old download instructions, prices, device requirements and store references are retained as historical reporting, not installation advice.

Platform
Note the device, operating system and version in the announcement.
Mode
Distinguish practice or social play from real-money gambling.
Rules
A familiar blackjack name does not specify every payout or rule.
Does an old app announcement establish that it still works?

No. A launch report records what was announced then. It does not establish present-day availability, support, compatibility or game rules. Use the linked guides for the underlying blackjack concepts.
